Tania Bellia-Weiss is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been employed by Peninsula Orthoapedic Associates since 2015 and is one of the two Certified Nurse Practitioners who participates in the P.A.C.E. (Pre-Operative Assessment, Communication, and Education) Clinic. Through the PACE Clinic, her role is to evaluate pre-surgical patients, achieve optimal outcomes by minimizing the patient’s risk of developing complications postoperatively and alleviate any patient concerns throughout the surgical process.
Tania received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Salisbury University in 1999. She worked as a registered nurse in the Emergency Department at Peninsula Regional Medical Center. She was also a nursing clinical instructor at Salisbury University for several years. Tania received her Masters’s Degree in Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Salisbury University in 2012.
In addition to Peninsula Orthopaedic Associates, Tania works part time as a Nurse Practitioner for Emergency Service Associates in the Emergency Department at Peninsula Regional Medical Center and Atlantic General Hospital. She also currently works at the Lower Eastern Shore Children’t Center.
