Patrick Donaghue, MD, provides comprehensive surgical and nonsurgical care for patients with foot and ankle conditions, including sports injuries, arthritis, deformities and fractures. He works with patients of all activity levels to relieve pain, restore mobility and help them return to the activities and routines they enjoy.

Dr. Donaghue takes a straightforward, patient-first approach to care. He believes patients should understand their diagnosis and all of their treatment options, with surgery recommended only when it is truly the best option. When surgery is appropriate, he prioritizes techniques that preserve motion, support a faster recovery and help patients get back to what matters most.

As a fellowship-trained orthopaedic foot and ankle surgeon, Dr. Donaghue brings advanced subspecialty expertise to the Eastern Shore, including expertise in total ankle replacement and minimally invasive techniques. His goal is to provide patients with access to specialized foot and ankle care close to home while ensuring they feel informed, respected and comfortable throughout their care.

Outside of work, Dr. Donaghue enjoys spending time at the beach with his family, fishing and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams. He and his partner recently relocated to the Lewes area with their two young children and look forward to becoming active members of the community and putting down roots in the area.
