I received my Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst in 2000, which included a year abroad at Albert Ludwigs University in Freiburg, Germany. I continued my education at Arcadia University where I received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2004.
Since 2004, I have worked in outpatient orthopaedic physical therapy. I take a functional approach to the patient’s underlying problems to not only resolve the pain, but correct the underlying culprits that are contributing toward the pain as well. I am certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), which is a system that creates a pattern-specific perspective of how each individual moves in relationship to their anatomical information and their medical diagnosis. I have a passion in rehabilitating runners with running related injuries to return back to form as well as improve their performance.
