Walt Reddish, DNP, FNP-BC
Walt Reddish is a Family Nurse Practitioner. He was first employed by Peninsula Orthopaedic Associates in 1982 as a Registered Nurse First Assist. He has seen patients as a Nurse Practitioner since 1995. Dr. Reddish sees a wide variety of patients with a special emphasis on orthopedic urgent care patients.
Dr. Reddish retired from the Air Force Reserve in 2014 with the rank of Colonel. During his career he served as a Chief Nurse, Medical Unit Commander, and Medical Advisor to the Secretary of the Air Force Personnel Council. Dr. Reddish served in Iraq and on humanitarian tours to Rosebud Sioux Reservation and the Dominican Republic.
Dr. Reddish has a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and is the former Program Director of a Family Nurse Practitioner Program. Currently he is a visiting professor at two universities and teaches in their Masters and Doctoral level nursing programs.
