The Compliance Coordinator position ensures Peninsula Orthopaedic Associates, P.A. (POA) and its related entities comply with outside regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal policies and bylaws by maintaining corporate files; administering business insurance policies; assuring policy and procedure manual creation and adherence; and coordinating patient grievance resolution.
