One of the first surgeons to practice arthroscopy in the late 1970s, Dr. Roe has participated in the incredible evolution of orthopaedics for more than 30 years.

Dr. Roe’s surgical expertise, knowledge and skill – particularly in the arena of total joint replacement – has helped thousands of patients to leave his care functioning at a higher level. Today, he specializes in caring for patients with musculoskeletal disorders, treating them with medications, injections and physical therapy. He offers additional expertise in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. When surgery is advisable, he refers patients to one of his specialist associates.

After receiving his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Ohio, Dr. Roe completed an internship at Buffalo General Hospital and his residency at the University of New York at Buffalo. He is board certified in Medical Specialties and a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
