Florian G. Huber, MD
Orthopaedic Surgeon, Orthopaedic Traumatology

Dr. Huber is an orthopaedic traumatologist who draws great satisfaction from addressing the ever-changing medical and technical challenges presented by treating injuries to all parts of the musculoskeletal system.

Dr. Huber regularly publishes articles and gives presentations on his research interests, which include methods in traumatology and fracture management. He also works to ensure that his patients fully understand their injuries, believing that those who take an active part in their recovery achieve the best outcomes.

Dr. Huber’s medical education spans two continents. He attended the Technical University of Munich Medical School, where he received his medical degree and completed an internship in orthopaedic trauma surgery. He has completed practical externships in orthopaedic traumatology at the University of Berne in Switzerland and the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. And after his five-year residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center, he was a Fellow of Orthopaedic Trauma at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.
