About Our Patient Survey
As a patient of POA, your opinion is very important to us. That’s why following each appointment we’re asking you to take two to three minutes and share your experience with us. Your input helps us continuously improve the quality of the care we deliver, as well as the experience you have each time you visit one of our offices. We then use these results to evaluate our patients’ overall perception of the care our team provided, as well as identify any areas for improvement. We thank you in advance for sharing your feedback.
What Do We Do With The Survey Responses?
Our Patient Experience Survey asks patients to evaluate how well their Physician/PA communicated, listened, showed courtesy, and showed respect towards them during their appointment. What do we do with the survey responses? Our Patient Experience Survey ratings and comments are shared on this website and updated quarterly, for the benefit of our patients, physicians and PAs.
Why You May Not See Patient Ratings And Comments For All Of Our Physicians?
Our physician’s rating will only be posted on the site providing they have a minimum of 30 completed surveys in the quarter. Our 2017 physician ratings will begin being posted in May of 2017.
All answers will remain anonymous unless you have shared your name in your survey responses. In these instances you may be contacted by one of our staff members, PAs or physicians to follow up with you on your comments about your recent visit. Additionally, the privacy of your patient data is protected under HIPAA, the Health Insurance portability and Accountability Act.
